My favorite cartoon from my childhood. Of course I watched a lot of Disney cartoons, but this one anyway - the best. It plasticine and made with hands, there are a lot of humor, funny phrases and perfectly reveals theme of human folly. My regrets for those who don't know translation and cannot understand full meaning of this cartoon. But also only picture you can understand a lot.
P.S. And btw, this is the best that made Soviet union
